Q: How do you select Patient techs?

A: All our caregivers were carefully selected and screened before joining our ranks. Each caregiver underwent rigorous background checks and received extensive training. For your peace of mind, we only work with dedicated professionals whom we would gladly choose to look after our own families.

Q: How much does in-home care cost?

A: The cost of our services is typically determined by the level of care and the number of hours we put in. 

Q: Are services available 24 hours, 7 days a week?

A: Certainly. In home senior care can be arranged from a few hours a week to full-time or around-the-clock coverage, depending on your needs.

Q: Do you provide services in nursing homes or assisted living communities?

A: We do. Our in home senior care experts can provide additional assistance and companionship to those placed in facilitated care.

Q: Is there a written plan of care for each client? Do these plans get modified and if so, how often?

A: All Patient techs locations develop fully personalized and completely confidential care plans for each client. Once the client and family caregiver are satisfied with this plan of care, we proceed by establishing a schedule of visits and recommending a skilled caregiver.
